Commentary:
I wrote this song at my NLP master practitioner training in July of 2003. I think I shared the audio with you a couple of weeks ago. I've also been working on this video version for a while finally got it done and uploaded to YouTube.

It covers one of the key concepts in my little branch of NLP which we call "getting to cause." If you are thinking that your life just happened to you and that you didn't create your current experience, then it's tough to actually make changes. It's not until we step over to the belief system that we are the creators or "the cause" of our own experiences, that we can make massive positive changes.

If you create this (whatever you are experiencing that you are want to change) then you can create something better.

I also make reference to some of the NLP presuppositions as well as eye patterns. Some of the language patterns are right out of something we call the "Milton Model".
